Terms of use
HalalAtlas is provided as-is, for informational and educational purposes. The core catalogue is free to use; some trip-planning features are offered as a paid Premium subscription. By using the app you accept these terms.
Content
Destination descriptions, historical notes, and visitor information are provided in good faith but may contain inaccuracies or become outdated. Historical and religious attributions can differ between traditions and between scholarly sources; where an attribution is contested we say so rather than pick a side. Always verify opening hours, access rules, dress codes, and travel conditions with official sources before visiting a site.
Premium and billing
Premium unlocks the complete printable trip document and the named trip library. Purchases and billing are handled by RevenueCat and its payment processor; subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime from the link in your receipt email. Premium access is tied to the browser used to purchase it.
Refunds
Not happy with a purchase? Email [email protected] within 14 days of a first purchase, or within 7 days of a renewal, and we will refund it. Send the message from the email address you used at checkout, and include:
- the email address used at checkout (if you are writing from a different address)
- your access code, shown on the Premium page while you are signed in on the browser you purchased from
- roughly when you purchased, and which plan (weekly, yearly or lifetime)
- the last 4 digits of the card, if you have the receipt handy
That is everything needed to find the purchase and process the refund. This policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have.
No warranty
The app is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from its use or from reliance on its content.
Respectful visits
Many sites listed are active places of worship. Please observe local customs, dress modestly, and follow all posted guidance when visiting.
